Delivery Date Picker
Delivery day available
Ensure your delivery will arrive when someone’s in by using our Delivery Date Picker.
Simply order your items and then use the calendar at Checkout to choose your preferred delivery date.
If your delivery date is unavailable then please do get in touch on 0151 317 9292 so we can help you out.
CONSIDERATIONS
When selecting your delivery date please take into account the day of your event and leave some contingency time so that you can accommodate any possible delays with the courier.
Delays in replying to the Artwork Proof and/or making numerous changes to your order may impact your delivery date. We will notify you of any changes.
TRUSTED DELIVERY
Our delivery service is provided by Royal Mail, the UK’s most trusted parcel delivery company.
Express Service
We know sometimes hen parties and stag dos can be organised last minute, or it’s hard work getting money from people leaving you arranging things late.
Don’t worry – we can help with a quick turnaround time and Guaranteed Next Day Delivery (from dispatch), and even Saturday delivery at an additional cost.
You will however, need to consider delivery times of at least one working day plus any weekends.

Online Tracking
You’ll receive an email from us with your tracking reference around 5pm on the day your order’s dispatched.
You can use this to check the progress of your parcel.
You’ll also receive text message and/or email notifications from Royal Mail.
MISSED DELIVERY
Even with our Delivery Date Picker, things may come up and you may need to pop out on the day our order is due.
If you miss your delivery you will receive a ‘Something for You’ card from the postman with four options to get your order:
- Arrange a free redelivery to your house
- Free redelivery to an alternative local address
- Redelivery to a local Post Office® for a fee of 70p* and collect it from there
- Pick it up in person from your local depot – the address will be on the card
*Cost may vary
Returns
Personalised goods are non-refundable and cannot be returned unless faulty.
Faulty goods must be in a new, unused condition and returned within seven working days after contacting us first.
We will provide a returns label once a return has been agreed.
You cannot cancel your order after it has been printed.
