Personalised Artwork Proof

Within 1 working day of placing your order, you’ll receive a fully personalised Artwork Proof by email. This will include:

  • An image of your design with all personalised text and images
  • The front and back of your t shirt
  • Your shirt type
  • All colours you’ve selected
  • A full list of all individual shirts with corresponding sizes and extra prints (such as back names and numbers) where relevant
  • Details of any alternative shirt types for the bride, groom or other group members

Please note: if your order is placed on a Friday evening or over the weekend, you will not receive your Artwork Proof until the following Monday.

Make sure you take time to carefully check the proof(s), paying particular attention to spelling, sizes, shirt types and colours ensuring everything is correct and as you wanted.

Once happy, we need you to confirm everything is OK to print or let us know about any changes you need to make.

After we’ve had your confirmation, well get to work printing and no further changes can be made.

If you do not reply to your artwork, we will print as ordered to meet your delivery date although we will try to contact you beforehand via phone and text.

If, for some reason, you’ve not received your Artwork Proof within 1 working day, please contact us, but don’t forget to check your junk mail first as sometimes it can end up there.

Can I Change My Order?

Of course! When you review your Artwork Proof email you can reply with as many edits as you wish.

In fact, you can change all the below details from your order:

  • Design or print colours
  • Shirt types and sizes
  • Extra prints such as back names and numbers

You can do this until you are 100% happy with your order. Although please note that numerous changes may affect your preferred delivery date. We will notify you if this happens.

Once you’re happy with your edits, you just need confirm everything is OK to print. After this you won’t be able to make any more changes.

Personalised Goods

Personalised goods are non-refundable and cannot be returned unless faulty. These items are found in the Personalised Hen Party T Shirts, Personalised Hen Party Accessories and Personalised Stag Do T Shirts product categories.

Faulty goods must be in a new, unused condition and returned within seven working days after contacting us first.

We will provide a returns label once a return has been agreed.

You cannot cancel your order after it has been printed.

Please get in touch before you return your items.

Non Personalised Goods

Non-Personalised items are accessory products that you cannot customise. These can be returned. These types of products are found in the Hen Party Accessories and Stag Do Accessories product categories.

Non-personalised goods must be in unused, as received condition and returned within 14 working days.

You will be responsible for the postage.
