Terms and Conditions

We know no one really likes this bit, but the T&Cs are here for your benefit as well as ours – especially as we’re dealing with personalised products which have slightly different regulations attached than your regular clothes and accessories shopping.

Please do take the time to read them before you order anything with us and if you have any questions about them or how they might apply to your order, feel free to contact us.


We are Mr Porkys Limited, company number 8466629. Registered in England and Wales. Our website is mrporkys.com. Our address is 4 Dickson Street, Liverpool, L3 7EB.

If you access our website, services or buy products from us, these terms apply. You’ll have to agree to these terms before completing a purchase. They can be accepted in the Order and Payment section during the Checkout process.

Along with our Privacy Policy (see below), they guide our relationship with you and set out what’s expected.

Please have a read over before you shop. We do amend and update them. The latest terms will apply.

We have the right to change any of our services, products, pricing or any part of the website at any time.

These terms and any dealings we have with you are subject to English law.

Shirt types and products

Out of stock

All orders are subject to shirt type or product availability. Items can become out of stock in the time between you placing the order and us processing it. We will notify you via email or phone as soon as possible.

If we cannot get in contact with you or we receive no reply, and the order needs to be dispatched to meet your delivery date we may try to replace the shirt type with its nearest comparable product. If we replace the shirt like for like, no refund will be given. If not, we will treat the order as cancelled. A full refund will be issued.

Product descriptions and colours

We take a lot of care to ensure all product and promo descriptions are correct. If on any occasion they are not, we will let you know as soon as possible. You will be given the option to reconfirm your order (at the correct description or price) or cancel.

We have made every effort and taken a lot of time to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products and print. There will be some differences between the real-life product and how they are viewed on different screens, depending on your device.

Size guide and fittings

All sizes and measurements are approximate and provided by the manufacturer. We do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible.

Shirt type sizes and fittings do vary. Please consider the ‘give or take’ margins highlighted in the size guide table. Mr Porkys are not responsible for sizes ordered that are not suitable for any particular individual.

If you receive a garment that is smaller or larger than the stated measurements, you will need to provide photographic evidence showing the discrepancy. We realise this is a bit of a pain, but it helps us make an informed decision and help you out much quicker. Lay the shirt flat out and measure front side from armpit to armpit. We will gladly help you out with measuring accurately.

The measurements must be within the give or take margins. If they are outside, we will provide a replacement. You will need to send the item back us so we can check it out and confirm. We will email you a returns label. See Returns section below.

Please be aware, if you return the item to us and we find it is not outside of the given measurements, no refund will be given. A further delivery charge will be payable if you’d like them back. So please, absolutely make sure you have measured it correctly.

Your personalised text and photos

We can use any text or photos you have given us for promotional purposes. This includes posting on our website and social media profiles.

We will remove any customer material upon request.

Mr Porkys can refuse any customer material that’s too offensive or infringes copyright belonging to another person or company. Our decision on this is final.


Prices include VAT. Our VAT registration number is 117169124.

There are additional charges for extra prints and some shirt types. Please see our Cost Breakdown for current personalised t shirt prices.

Product prices do not include delivery. Delivery is charged separately and dependent upon the service you choose or the amount you order. (See Delivery section below).

A breakdown of costs, additional charges and total cost will be clearly shown during the checkout process.

Placing an order

Depending on your chosen method, all transactions are securely processed by either Sage Pay, PayPal or Amazon Pay. Payment will be debited from your account at time of order.

We have no access to your debit, credit card or financial information. We do not see or hold any of these details. Mr Porkys will receive a notification that the transaction has been approved or cancelled.

When you place an order, you will receive two confirmation emails. The order receipt email from Mr Porkys will contain a breakdown of your order details and costs. It will also state your chosen delivery date and delivery address. Please check these details. It’s your responsibility that they are correct.

Please ensure you have given us correct contact details, including a phone number, so we can update you on your order or solve any issues quickly.

The second email will be from your chosen payment method provider. This will confirm the transaction has been successful.

You can still cancel your order at this point. Please see our section on cancelling your order below.

Artwork Proof confirmation

When you receive your Artwork Proof confirmation email. it’s your responsibility to make sure all spellings, sizes, shirt types and colours are correct.

You can make many edits until you are happy. Multiple changes may impact your delivery date. Once you have confirmed your artwork and details, no more changes can be made.

Leaving it late

We always aim to help with last minute orders.

Orders that are required within 3 working days or before our available day on the delivery date picker are subject to a £10 express service charge.

We will also recommend the Guaranteed, Tracked & Signed 24 or Saturday delivery services depending on the situation. These delivery services will cost more than the service shown on our website. Accurate pricing will be provided at the time.

Mr Porkys can only state when the shirts will be dispatched from our premises, we cannot guarantee they will arrive in time on such short notices.

Cancelling your order

You can cancel your order after payment has been received but only before production has started.

You cannot cancel after printing has started or completed as the products are made to your own personal specification.


Once we’ve dispatched your order and it’s left our premises, it’s then down to the courier to get it to you. Any delays are beyond our control at this point.

You’ll also need to make sure your delivery address is correct. If we notice a problem whilst booking your delivery in, we will contact you straight away. Any delay in confirmation of correct address may impact your delivery date.

Delivery date

Our delivery date picker allows you to pick a date that’s suitable for you to receive your parcel. It’s your responsibility to make sure you give yourself enough time to accommodate any reasonable delay by the courier.

We know this can be difficult with any group event, so please get in touch if your date is unavailable. We will do our best to help.

If you have left it late and have been recommended an upgraded delivery service but chose not to upgrade, Mr Porkys is not responsible if your parcel doesn’t reach you on time.

We only state when your order will be printed and what day it will be dispatched.

Upgraded delivery services include the Guaranteed by 1pm and Tracked and Signed 24. Guaranteed by 1pm is priced according to weight and is guaranteed to reach you by 1pm the next working day from dispatch. Tracked and Signed 24 aims to deliver the next working day from dispatch but is not guaranteed.

If Mr Porkys dispatches your parcel too late for you to receive before your event date, we will refund. If the parcel has been signed for, you will need to return the items in an unworn or unused condition within seven days.

All parcels need to be signed for. Deliveries to certain postcodes may take longer than stated.

Lost or unclaimed parcels

If any unclaimed parcels are returned to us, a second delivery charge will be required before we can send them back out to you.

If your parcel is lost by the courier, you can claim compensation from them. We will help you with this process or claim on your behalf.

We will provide a returns label for any goods that need to be returned. You must get in touch with us before sending anything back.

Personalised Goods

These products have been customised to your specifications and cannot be returned. Only faulty goods can be sent back.

Faulty goods must be in a new, unused condition and returned within seven working days. You’ll have to get in touch with us first, so we can confirm that the items are indeed faulty.

If the fault is caused by damaged packaging that occurred in transit by the courier, you’ll need to provide photographic evidence. This helps us identify the problem quickly and enables us to sort it all out for you.


All refunds will be sent directly back to the payment card or account used.

Refunds will be issued as soon as possible after we have received the items and confirmed this. It may take a day or two to appear in your bank account.

What you shouldn’t do

Do not copy our designs, products or words. You are not allowed to use any part of our website or products for any commercial use. Do not pass of any of our work as your own.

Definitely don’t misuse our website in any illegal or fraudulent way. For example hacks, brute force attacks, denial of service attacks or attempts to steal or extract our data.

In the event of any of the above, appropriate legal action will be taken.

Intellectual Property

Mr Porkys owns the copyright to its t shirt and product designs and the content of its website, or has permission to use it. You cannot use any part or it, including our logo, without our permission.
